"I’m truly honored to be recognized as the New Member of the Year by the Home Builders & Remodelers Association of Cape Cod (HBRACC) at their 2025 Annual Meeting in December. This award means a lot because it comes from an organization that’s made a meaningful effort to dial up their advocacy for common-sense policies, workforce development, housing attainability, and the ability to build quality homes on Cape Cod. Proud to be a longtime member of HBRACC, I’ve only been involved in a leadership position for a short time, but jumping into my role with both feet on committees and local energy code discussions has shown me how much collective impact we can have when builders, remodelers, associates, and leaders work together." - Tim O’Neill, Co-Founder, O'Neill Bowes Building Company (photo credit: Salty Broad Studios)

The Home Builders & Remodelers Association of Cape Cod (HBRACC) held its 2025 Annual Meeting on December 16, 2025, marking a year of organizational progress, strong industry advocacy, and exceptional member leadership.
